Installation, maintenance & spare parts
Include access, component removal, commissioning records and initial spares in the scope discussion. Confirm whether KCP will provide a site visit, remote review or separately quoted service.
Questions before you enquire
Is this a completed KCP project?
No. The process shown is an example explanation of equipment interfaces. It is not a completed-project reference or a certified plant layout.
Can the supply be turnkey or semi-turnkey?
These terms depend on the agreed responsibilities. Subject to KCP confirmation for engineering, civil works, utilities, installation, commissioning and training before a turnkey claim is made.
What should I send for an upgrade?
Provide the existing equipment list, process flow, site layout, operating duty and the constraint you want to address. Identify equipment to retain and interfaces that can change.
