A clearer spare-part enquiry
Gather the details that help establish what belongs in the machine.
Machine identification
Record model, serial number if available, nameplate and machine location. Include the existing part number and the assembly it belongs to.
Useful photographs
Provide a complete view, both ends, mounting details and a close-up of wear. Use a scale where safe and practical; do not measure or photograph moving equipment.
Dimensions and drawings
State which dimensions are known and which are approximate. Share approved drawings or sketches without unrelated customer or commercial information.
Quantity and delivery
Include quantity, urgency and delivery destination. KCP must review the actual part information before confirming compatibility.
